You launched your website. You picked a domain, built the pages, wrote the copy, and hit publish. Maybe you even stayed up until 2am getting the design right. But there's one page you almost certainly forgot. And without it, your website is technically breaking the law in 130+ countries. I'm talking about your Privacy Policy. What your website is collecting right now Even if you think your website is "just a landing page," it's collecting personal data. Right now. Without your visitors knowing. Google Analytics — collecting IP addresses, location data, device information, and browsing behavior. Under GDPR, IP addresses are personal data. Contact forms — every time someone fills out your form, you're storing their name and email. Newsletter signups — collecting emails without explaining how you'll use them is a GDPR violation.
