Why We Built an AI Agent, Not an AI Feature — And What That Means for Your Team

Every HR tech tool launched "AI features" in 2025. They all did the same thing: read your data, generate a summary, present it in a nice card. "AI-generated review draft!" "AI-powered insights!"
