Introduction Over the past couple of years , I have architected and delivered a significant number of agentic AI applications across enterprise environments . Many of these deployments ran on Azure infrastructure using Azure Web Apps for lightweight agent endpoints and Azure Container Apps for more sophisticated multi agent systems that required orchestration , scaling , and reliable session routing.
