Most business owners think their website fails after launch. In reality, most websites fail long before they go live. Not because of bad design. Not because of bad hosting. But because of bad planning. After reviewing many real client websites, I’ve noticed a clear pattern: failure usually starts at the foundation stage. Here’s what actually goes wrong. No Clear Conversion Goal Many websites are built without a defined objective. Is the goal to: generate leads? book calls? sell products? build authority? If a website tries to do everything, it usually accomplishes nothing. Professional websites are built around one primary action.
