Why I Started RegardLogic: Turning Talent Into Opportunity

Every year, thousands of graduates enter the world with knowledge, skills, and ambitions. Yet many of them struggle to find meaningful opportunities. Despite having the ability to build, create, and innovate, they often remain unemployed or underutilized. The problem is not a lack of talent. The real problem is a lack of opportunities. As a developer, I have seen many talented individuals who are capable of building great things but do not get the chance to prove their abilities. At the same time, businesses and communities face real-world challenges that technology can help solve. This gap between talent and opportunity inspired me to think differently. Instead of waiting for opportunities to appear, what if we create them ourselves? This idea led to the vision behind RegardLogic. RegardLogic is an initiative focused on bringing together talented graduates, developers, designers, and problem-solvers to collaborate and build meaningful digital products. The goal is to create a space wh
