ReadyMode used to be called Xencall. They rebranded in 2022 because, in their words, "Xencall didn't represent who we are today." Fair enough. The product has changed a lot since the early days. Their marketing is polished, their demo flow is smooth, and their sales reps will tell you the platform "pays for itself" within weeks. Some of that is true.
