ReadyMode used to be called Xencall. They rebranded in 2022 because, in their words, "Xencall didn't represent who we are today." Fair enough. The product has changed a lot since the early days. But so has the pricing, and that part they don't talk about as openly. If you're evaluating predictive dialers for a 50+ seat outbound operation, ReadyMode will absolutely show up in your shortlist. Their marketing is polished, their demo flow is smooth, and their sales reps will tell you the platform "pays for itself" within weeks. Some of that is true. Some of it falls apart the moment you try to scale past 100 agents or need anything that isn't on their standard feature list. We've migrated three operations from ReadyMode to optimized VICIdial deployments in the past 18 months, and we've also recommended ReadyMode to two smaller shops where the fit was genuinely better.
