VelocityOS devlog: New schedule

It has been a while since I have done a post. The new schedule is on each main merge from after this post. what I have been working on is a Machine Learning framework for Vlang to use in Vshell program... I have gotten to the basics and making the network struct and the layers generator and struct... generating floats and the sorts. From now ... remember ... each merge to main is going to be a Dev-log post and I will reference the commit hash so you can go and check it out. if you have no idea what I am talking about the go and read the rest of the logs in the series so far.
