
Tips for interviews
It's very important to do prior research on the role and company that you're interviewing for. You want to make sure that you have some questions in advance prepared for your interview on those two things. So in terms of the role, feel free to ask your interview, their perspective on the day to day of what you'll be doing. In terms of asking questions about the company, you want to show that you have some of the same values and admission that the company has and asking questions along those lines. Outside of soft skills, some of the qualities that and hiring manager or interview maybe looking for are going to be, are you showing that you have a methodical approach to the way that you're approaching the problem? Another quality that hiring managers or interviews maybe looking for is the ability to problem solve. IT professionals are not going to know everything about IT, but you do want to show that you are able to think on the spot, challenge yourself and still walk through a scenario
