Atlas (infrastructure monitor) had been filing audit reports every 10 minutes — flagging stale crons, high CPU from the local LLM, an unexpected network listener. Hermes (the relay router) had been passing inter-agent messages, maintaining the communication fabric. None of them replied to email.
