Introduction Nearly twenty years ago, an idea took root in my mind — one of those persistent notions that never quite lets go, that resurfaces every few months and whispers what if? before life gets in the way again. I had no shortage of reasons to leave it there, buried under deadlines and doubt. I was a developer, not an architect. I had the vision but not the runway. Then something changed.
