Stop! Don't! You're doing it wrong! a.k.a. What if making a VS Code theme didn't suck?

So, pioneering a new trope I will call "Fine, I'll do it myself," I wrote a small utility to take a YAML or JSON5 and after using a blender and a rolling pin, spit out a theme in JSON. That's it.
