Sprint 4 Retrospective: Building the Media Orchestration Engine This is Part 5 in our series documenting the ORCHESTRATE Agile Suite — an AI-managed project built with full transparency. Previous: Sprint 3 Retrospective: Production Validation & Pipeline Hardening The Sprint Goal Sprint 4's mission was ambitious: build the Media Orchestration Engine (MOE) — the conductor that makes all other components work together as one system. Where previous sprints built individual instruments (memory, content sourcing, audio), this sprint built the orchestra. MOE connects: Content sources → scripts → audio → publishing → analytics Workflow automation with human-in-the-loop review gates Cross-platform publishing with optimal timing Engagement feedback loops that inform future content Scoped : 70 story points across 12 stories. Delivered : 53 points (76%) across 7 core stories with 25 tickets completed. Zero blocked tickets throughout. What We Built 7 Stories Delivered Story What It Does Points Tick
