Mindset: Able to work independently, make practical decisions, and build small-scope products efficiently. Work style: Interested in long-term collaboration in a two-person private business, not employment or agency work. Compensation: Income is shared based on each partner’s role, responsibility, and overall contribution - around $1000 - $1500 monthly. The goal is to build lean software products that generate stable and attractive long-term income.
