Seeking for HELP in Learning ML

Hello This is my first post on DEV.to , and I want to ask for a help in Learning ML. The main issue I have faced, is diversity of topics and Advancements in this field and I am really nervous about being unable to be validated for ML (Tech) jobs, Because, I think when I grow 3 steps, the tech will grow 5 steps , I can not reach the tech level, So then, I can not learn anything, not just a ML, ...etc. Do me a favor, introduce me BOOKS and FREE resources. Actually, I am a math lover, I sometimes, wanted to start learning mathematics of ML and then, the step issue which is mentioned above , arise and fail me. Thanks for your support and help.
