PawRover:A Community-Driven Solution for Pet Care

This is a submission for the DEV Weekend Challenge: Community The Community Pet owners face a universal challenge: finding trustworthy, affordable care for their furry family members when they travel. Traditional boarding facilities can be expensive and stressful for pets, while finding reliable sitters through word-of-mouth is hit-or-miss. I built Paw Rover for the global community of pet lovers—people who understand that pets aren't just animals, they're family. This platform serves two interconnected groups: pet owners who need peace of mind while traveling, and pet enthusiasts who want to experience the joy of caring for animals while exploring new places. It's a community built on trust, shared love for animals, and the belief that pet care should be accessible, transparent, and rewarding for everyone involved. What I Built Paw Rover is a platform that connects pet owners with trusted sitters through a home exchange model. Instead of expensive boarding fees, pet owners can find ca
