Healthcare facilities across Africa share a common, persistent struggle — they can't reliably fill shifts with qualified professionals. Hospitals scramble to find nurses for overnight coverage. Clinics leave critical positions empty. Meanwhile, healthcare workers lack a transparent, secure way to find legitimate opportunities.
