My girlfriend banned my laptop for 6 weeks. I came back with a governance framework for AI agents. 39 stories. 79 decisions. 260 tests. 16,000 lines of code. 4 days. That was day 4. Today: 32 epics, 176 stories, 177 decisions, 84,000 lines of code, no AI drifts. Same framework. Same governance. The compound interest is real. The enforced pause is what made the results possible.
