
Meeting-Free Project Management Experiment: Results of an Extreme Experiment
What would happen if an organization eliminated all meetings ? Some Silicon Valley startups tried this extreme experiment in 2024. At first it seemed impossible. "How do we work without meetings?" they wondered. But the experiment results were surprising. Productivity increased 40%, and employee satisfaction hit record highs.
