Kronveil v0.3: Multi-Cluster Federation, Custom Collector SDK, and Automated Runbooks

From Single Cluster to Multi-Cluster Production A couple of weeks ago, I shipped Kronveil v0.2 — a fully running AI infrastructure agent with a dashboard, gRPC transport, secret management, and local Docker deployment.
