We hear this idea often. And yet, many teams still operate as if everything needs to be done now. Every request feels critical. Every task is marked as high priority. Every issue demands immediate attention. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: When everything is urgent, prioritization stops working. Not everything should be urgent In many teams, it’s common to hear: “Can we prioritize this?” “This is urgent” “Let’s handle this as soon as possible” But if everything is treated with urgency… What actually defines priority?
