If you've been searching for a tracker, you've almost certainly come across it. And compared to the generic wellness apps that hand you a smiley face to tap, it's a real step up. It tracks mood separately from irritability, sleep, energy. It generates a PDF you can bring to your psychiatrist. It's been around since 2012 and a lot of people in the bipolar community use it. I used it for most of 2024. And I want to say something honest: it's not bad. I'm not here to trash it. For what it is, it does its job. But there's a gap between "does its job" and "actually helps."
