The Mistral Worldwide Hackathon announcement showed up in my feed sometime last week. Deadline: Saturday, end of day. I had done hackathons before. The usual pattern: pick an idea at 9am, prototype frantically, demo something half-working by 5pm. This time I tried something different. I thought about the concept during a walk on Friday evening. At 22:00, I handed it to my AI agent and went to sleep. At 02:00, it finished. I reviewed it in the morning. The Idea The angle I kept coming back to was: EU policy information is public, but it does not feel personal. I live in Poland.
