
I Built the Billionaire Version of Zuckerberg's FaceMash
Remember that scene in The Social Network where Zuckerberg builds FaceMash in his dorm room? Two Harvard students pop up, you pick who's hotter, ratings update live? I built that. But for billionaires. What is it? bsmash.app — short for Billionaire Smash. Two billionaires from the Forbes 400 show up on your screen. You tap the one you think is more "smash-worthy." Their score goes up, the other goes down. A live leaderboard tracks the rankings across everyone voting. That's the whole thing. No sign-up. No paywall. Just open it and start voting. Why? Because I can bitch. Honestly? I was scrolling the Forbes list one night and thought — sure, we know who's the richest. But who does the internet actually find attractive? Nobody was ranking that.
