I Built an All-in-One Local AI App — Chat, Image Gen, and Video Gen in One UI
Last year my desktop looked like a disaster zone. I had an Ollama terminal running in one corner, ComfyUI open in Firefox with like 14 tabs of different workflows, a separate janky video generation tool I found on GitHub that only worked half the time, and a text file where I kept track of which models I had downloaded. Alt-tabbing between all of this was my entire workflow. One night I was trying to generate an image, refine a prompt with a chat model, then feed that into a video gen pipeline, and I just... stopped. Closed everything. Opened VS Code instead. I thought: why isn't there just ONE app for all of this? So I built one. It's called Locally Uncensored , and it's completely open source. The Problem Nobody Talks About The local AI space is incredible right now. Ollama made running LLMs stupid easy. ComfyUI is a powerhouse for image generation. There are video gen tools popping up every week. But they're all separate things. Separate UIs. Separate configs. Separate browser tabs.
