
How to Write Product Descriptions That Actually Convert
Most product descriptions are features lists. Nobody cares. People buy outcomes. They buy the version of themselves after using your product. Here's how to write descriptions that sell: Lead With the Problem Don't start with what your product is. Start with what it fixes. Bad: "A financial model spreadsheet with 6 tabs and formulas." Good: "Know exactly when you'll run out of money and what to do about it." The first describes a thing. The second describes a result. Use Specific Numbers Vague claims are ignored.
