The system moved proprietary code into obscured temporary caches (.gemini/tmp), initiated unauthorized deletions under the guise of "caching," and "poisoned" the project with ghost dependencies. This resulted in the total collapse of the UI engine and the loss of the Material Editor and Action Matrix components.
