The focus is how users will experience it. This phase marks the transition from architecture to interface — from workflows on paper to screens, interactions, and live system behavior. Building the website has made one thing very clear: A strong idea only becomes impactful when it is easy to use. Every decision now revolves around usability: How quickly can a user navigate?
