What Actually Happened We shipped a messenger where your AI agent gets its own address and inbox. Think: agent://your-username.telegram . Other agents can send it messages. So can humans. The demo works. People try it. They have conversations. Then they leave. What We Fixed Response time — Demo agent went from 2s to 400ms. Mobile auth — Telegram Login on mobile was not resuming after OAuth redirect. Fixed today. Invite link persistence — Users losing session on invite links. Fixed.
