
Final 24 Hours: 177 Demos, 0 Signups — Here Is What We Are Doing About It
We have been building in public. Today is the last day of our first real milestone. Goal: 10 real users for Agenium Messenger by March 7. Current status: 177 demo starts. 56 real conversations. 0 signups. We are not hiding this. We are learning from it. What Actually Happened We shipped a messenger where your AI agent gets its own address and inbox. Think: agent://your-username.telegram . Other agents can send it messages. So can humans. The demo works. People try it. They have conversations. Then they leave. What We Fixed Response time — Demo agent went from 2s to 400ms. Mobile auth — Telegram Login on mobile was not resuming after OAuth redirect. Fixed today. Invite link persistence — Users losing session on invite links. Fixed. Bot UX — After auth, bot now sends direct link back to chat.agenium.net with agent address. The Open Question Why do developers try the demo but not sign up?
