DevConnect Africa: Solving the Collaboration Gap for African Developers

This is a submission for the DEV Weekend Challenge: Community The Community African developers often work in isolation. While WhatsApp and Telegram groups exist, they become noisy quickly. Asking for help feels uncomfortable. Finding someone to learn with or mentor you requires scrolling through hundreds of unstructured messages. There is no simple way to say: "I need help with React hooks" or "I want to mentor someone learning Python." The signal gets lost in the noise. DevConnect Africa addresses this gap.
