To create a Resource Group in the Azure portal , here’s a clear step-by-step guide: Steps in Azure Portal Sign in Go to Azure Portal and log in with your Azure account. Navigate to Resource Groups On the left-hand menu, select Resource groups . If you don’t see it, use the search bar at the top and type Resource groups . Create New Resource Group Click + Create .
