What Is an LED Chaser Circuit? An LED chaser circuit is a setup where LEDs turn ON one after another in sequence, creating a running or chasing light effect. Instead of all LEDs blinking together, only one LED glows at a time. As clock pulses arrive, the active LED shifts to the next one, forming a continuous moving pattern.
