
Build resilience as a job seeker
That's sort of where resilience comes into play with this. I think that's probably one of the most important, but underrated skills needed to attack the job market. Some pieces of advice in ways to keep the morale up during the job search is to be programmatic with it. You have to be disciplined in, "Hey, I'm going to apply to X amount of jobs today." "Hey, I'm gonna reach out to a certain number of individuals today." Or, "Hey, I'm going to spend 30 minutes of today learning a new skill." The one thing that helps with motivation is your successes, and I think when you apply for something and then three weeks later you get an email that, "Hey, you have an interview lined up," that's gonna give you so much momentum into the job search.
