For Brazilian traders in 2026, your best options are Binance, Mercado Bitcoin, NovaDAX, and Foxbit. The regulatory landscape is defined by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) and the CVM (Securities Commission). Since 2024, exchanges must be registered as Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) with the BCB, and any token classified as a security falls under CVM rules. All four listed exchanges are fully compliant. Fees are where you see real differences. Binance remains a volume leader with a maker/taker fee starting at 0.10%/0.10%, dropping to 0.02%/0.04% for high-volume traders. Deposits via PIX are free.
