Before the Week Begins

I don’t assume I’m the smartest person in the room. But I know I’m one of the most reliable. Skills can be trained. Experience can be gained. What’s harder to teach is ownership. If something has my name on it, I take responsibility for the outcome not just getting it done, but getting it done properly.
