Azure certifications

I’m thinking about starting with Azure certifications, and I’m curious about the real situation in the job market. I’d like to hear your experience: Has an Azure certification helped you land a better job or a higher salary? Which path is currently the best (DevOps, Architect, Developer, Data)?
