A data analytics company just wrote a $3 million cheque into a startup that had existed for exactly 12 days. That's not a rounding error. Healtheon AI was incorporated on March 20, 2026. LatentView Analytics executed the SAFE note on April 1. Twelve days between birth and a $3 million investment. The stock market loved it. Shares of LatentView hit a 20% upper circuit to an intraday high of Rs 313.40 on April 2. Which, depending on how you look at it, is either the market being rational about a smart strategic bet, or the market being the market.
